Our Policy Framework

We offer a 14-day return or exchange window from the date your package is delivered. All items must be returned in their original condition to preserve the premium quality of the product.

To be eligible for a full refund or product exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and tracking tags must remain completely attached in their original locations.

How to Initiate Your Return

Submit Request

Send an email detailing your order number and reason for return directly to our team.

Pack Your Garments

Place the premium items securely inside the original shipping packaging box along with all protective layers.

Dispatch Package

Affix the provided routing shipping label and drop off the package at your local designated sorting office.

Refund Processing Timelines

Once your returned package arrives back at our main fulfillment hub, our quality control specialists inspect the fabric condition. Processing typically takes between 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds will be credited immediately back to your original payment method. You will receive an automated notification as soon as the credit transaction clears.
